TEA
Indian tea is among the finest in the world owing to strong geographical indications, heavy investments in tea processing units, continuous innovation, augmented product mix and strategic market expansion. The country is home to a wide variety of teas, including CTC tea, orthodox tea, green tea and organic tea. Unlike many other tea producing and exporting nations, India has a manufacturing base for both CTC and orthodox tea, in addition to green tea. India offers high-quality specialty teas, such as Darjeeling, Assam Orthodox and the high-range Nilgiri, which have a distinctive aroma, strength, colour and flavour.

Our varities in Tea
CTC Tea : CTC tea actually refers to a method of processing black tea. Named for the process, "crush, tear, curl" (and sometimes called "cut, tear, curl") in which black tea leaves are run through a series of cylindrical rollers. The rollers have hundreds of sharp teeth that crush, tear, and curl the leaves. The rollers produce small, hard pellets made of tea. Today, most black tea produced around the world uses the CTC method. The finished product results in tea well-suited for tea bags, is strongly flavored, and quick to infuse.
Orthodox Tea : In orthodox processing, every batch of plucked leaves is treated to a precise amount of withering, rolling and oxidization, determined by trained tea professionals to extract the best flavors from the leaves. Great care is taken in rolling and handling the leaves because they are so delicate and so susceptible to adulteration and damage. orthodox tea offers the most authentic tea experience. Orthodox teas, be it black, green, white or oolong, are known for their flavor complexity and delicate make, much the reason why they are highly prized in the world tea market.
COFFEE
Indian coffees are popular globally – both due to their subtle flavour and stimulating intensity. India is the only country in the world where all coffees are grown under a ‘well-defined two-tier shade canopy of evergreen leguminous trees'. India's coffee growing regions are one of the 25 biodiversity hotspots in the world and have no parallel anywhere in the world. India is today home to 13 unique coffee varieties sourced from 13 distinct coffee growing regions – most of them in the southern part of the country. Indian coffees are well suited for cappuccinos and espressos alike
Our varities in Coffee
Arabica Coffee : Arabica coffees (or Arabicas) have a delicate flavour and balanced aroma coupled with a sharp and sweet taste. They have about half the amount of caffeine compared to Robustas.
Robusta Coffee : Robusta coffee is a strong, full-bodied coffee with a unique, earthy flavour. It has other distinct attributes – such as higher bitterness and lower acidity. Its flavours are bolder and darker , and exhibit a chocolaty note in the brew that’s greatly valued, especially in espressos.
